It was a humble beginning in 1899 when Naoroji Jehangir Baliwalla started a small optical shop at Kalbadevi. He was joined by his brother Pirosha who was a skilled craftsman and personally handcrafted optical frames. In 1913, Naoroji’s son, Pirojsha, formed a partnership with Homi Guzder and Baliwalla and Homi was born, which later became a private limited company in 1940. Today it is the third and fourth generations of both families who are carrying forward this legacy. Share this:PrintEmailTwitterFacebookMoreRedditLike this:Like Loading... Professionals
