Kainaz Messman – Theobroma

Kainaz Messman’s culinary journey goes as far back as she can remember. Growing up in a family with a fast-food business, Kainaz has always been helping out with food.

Kainaz has worked with The Oberoi Group of Hotels as a Kitchen Executive (pastry) for The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur. Soon, she quit to open up her own patisserie at Colaba, Mumbai and has been successfully weaving the magic of sinful indulgences ever since.

  • Que de beaux gâteaux … on en salive !! A quand une dégustation ? Nous venons de découvrir ta boutique et cela nous donne envie de venir y déguster tes fabrications … Que c’est magnifique ! Que de progrès depuis ton poulet au curry et la salade verte rincée à l’eau chaude !!!!…. Tu te souviens ????? Nous pensons toujours très fort à toi ! En ce moment, nous avons à la maison un jeune australien : il est charmant !
