Mumbai, July 7 For non-Parsis, the agiaries dotting Mumbai have always held an air of enigma. And, while the strict regulations concerning entry are part of an old debate between the reformists and traditionalists in the community, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s proposal to extend protection to 47 Parsi structures by granting them heritage status is being welcomed by both groups.
