Could Anyone Help Translate ?

Dear friends,
Hi, found this Beautiful, Divine picture sometime back on the net and since then have been curious as to : –
1) What are the words written in this picture and
2) What is their meaning.
Sometime back during the Kadmi muktad days i asked an elderly Irani lady who used to come to Mithaiwalla agiary with her family for the muktad prayers. She told me that it looked very much like the ancient Dari language. She told me that it is neither Humata, Hukhta, Hvarashta nor is it Manashni, Gavashni, Kunashni, but she could not tell me exactly what was written as she was not that familiar with the language. Unfortunately none of the other Irani ladies there could tell me.
Could any one of you help please?
Ushta Te…….

  • Here’s the translation as translated by a very scholarly Iranian friend of mine.

Dear Firouz Shaad zee and Tandorost bemaan
The meaning of the written word is :

Everybody is responsible for his heaven and hell .

    In Farsi :

behest o doozakh-e harkas Dar daste khode oost

DOROOD BAR FRAVAHARE PAAK_E ASHOO ZARTOSHT ESPANTEMAAN ! ! !
