The Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship is a merit-based Loan scholarship programme designed for the best and brightest minds who wish to pursue their post-graduate studies, in India and abroad. Besides gaining a higher education, those selected will have a unique advantage of being a part of our mentoring programme which assists in nurturing their potential and motivating them to achieve their desired goals in life. Applications are invited for scholarships, for the academic year 2010-2011.

Who can apply

1.Indian nationals, residing in India.

2.Students below 30 years of age (as on 31st Jan 2010).

3.Graduates of a recognized Indian university.

(Candidates in the final year of the degree course, or those awaiting results are also eligible).

4.Students planning to pursue post-graduate studies at prestigious institutes from the Fall ­2010 semester. (Students awaiting admissions are also eligible, but the award of scholarship is subject to securing admission.)

Scholarship Amount

The amount of the scholarship, up to a maximum of Rs.10 lakhs, will be decided as per the assessment of the Foundation.

Download the application form from our website: www.nsscholarship.net An application fee of Rs.300, by Cash / DD / MO drawn in favour of Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation, should accompany the duly filled forms. (No cheques will be accepted). Incomplete applications will not be considered. The completed forms must reach the Foundation by 20th Feb, 2010. The Foundation will not be responsible for postal or other delays.

Selection Process

All applications will be screened for the purpose of short-listing. Short-listed candidates will have to attend a personal interview at Mumbai during April, 2010. The interview is mandatory, and is the basis for final selection.
