All Parsi/Irani Zoroastrians are hereby notified that an Election for a Trustee’s vacancy caused due to the resignation of Trustee Mr. Noshir H. Dadrawala, is scheduled for the last weekend of June/first weekend of July 2011. The effective date for the said Election has been fixed as 26th April 2011.

All Parsis/Iranis not hitherto registered on the General/Donor Register of the Bombay Parsi Punchayet are hereby informed that the last date for enrolling as a Member for voting for the Trustee’s scheduled election, as above, is fixed as 26th April 2011; (upto 5.30 pm.) either as a General Member with Rs.10/- fees (along with 2 passport size photos) or as a Donor Member with a minimum donation of Rs.25,000/- (along with 2 passport size photos).

Parsis/Iranis over 18 years of age, as on 26th April 2011, desiring to enroll as above may collect the standard application forms from the B.P.P. Head Office, Dr. D.N. Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 001, between 10.30 am to 1.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm and submit the same duly filled in before 5.30 p.m. on 26th April 2011.

Please note that after 5.30 pm on 26th April 2011, no membership enrolment forms will be accepted and only those members whose names appear on the General Register or the Donor Register, as on that date, will be eligible to vote for the ensuing election.
