We have books (around 10000) in English and Gujrati on a wide variety of subjects ranging from adventure, art, astrology, biography, children’s books, cookery, fiction, romance, health/wellness, history, humour, literature, management, computers, general knowledge, memorial volumes, novels, personal improvement, philosophy, poetry, politics, prayers, psychology, science, Shah Nameh, yoga, Zoroastrian Religion & history. We also receive a variety of magazines comics and books as donations from well wishers.
Even in this age of TV and computerization the Library is a boon for book lovers, senior citizens and students.
Any Parsi Zoroastrian can become a patron member by paying a lump sum of Rs.10000/- or a life member by paying Rs.6000/-. Subscriptions received from life members and patrons help us to augment our corpus, the interest on which is used for running the library.
We earnestly appeal to philanthropic individuals and trusts to donate generously for the upkeep of the library and inculcate good reading habits for all age groups – children, students, housewives, senior citizens.
Just think – one spends more than Rs 100-00 a month for only 1 newspaper. While for Rs 50-00 per month one can read all the above newspapers and magazines + carry home 4 books a month.

I absolutely love what you have created for the community. Unfortunately I don’t belong to your community and was very politely turned down the membership, which I absolutely respect. But I do have a few children’s books. Can I donate?
Awaiting your reply.
Thank you.
You may donate the books directly to the Library
