Founded by the benevolent philanthropist Seth Byramjee Jeejeebhoy, way back in 1891 our Institution, a rich heritage, houses over 1000 enthusiastic young minds ably moulded by a team of dedicated and well qualified teachers. A progressive Institution, adapting to changes, we have over the years achieved many milestones and Focused at the all round development of the child. Like a tree which bears the best fruits, has a strong foundation, our School too, nurtures individual talents, apart from academic excellence right from the pre-primary years.
The school has been achieving cent per cent results at the S. S.C. Examinations. Shivani Desai, the topper of S.S.C. Examination March 2012 scored 93.45%. We had 17 Distinctions, and 16 First Classes.

Ours is one of those rare co-educational, cosmopolitan multi-faceted institution having a Junior &  Senior College where we see tiny steps at the age of 2 1/2 years walk in and walk out confidently graduated at the  age of 20.

The school conducts various activities through Science Club. Nature Club, Maths Club. Creative Writers Club. Interact Club and Drishti Club where creativity is captured and opportunities provided to make thinking the capital asset and learning fun. In addition. the students are given special training in Music, Computer Literacy, Scouting, Judo and Elocution to bring out the best in each one. Under the aegis of NCPA we hold Suzuki Violin Classes for selected students.

Admissions are open in all classes for Parsee / Irani students and the Trustees invite Parsee / Irani  students to avail of this opportunity. Scholarship by way of concession in fees and remission of full fees will be given to the needy and deserving students.
