ZAPANJ is planning a fun and exciting day at the Hershey Park for our young members this year.
ZAPANJ will pay for all our member children while accompanying parents can avail of the following group discounted rates.
The Group rate for adults is $36.25 per adult. (Please note this is a group discount rate for bookings more than 2 weeks in advance of the picnic date).
All interested members are requested to send in their checks with the correct amounts to Shirin Jahanian at 5 Duck Pond Court, Voorhees, NJ 08043 byJune 30, 2014.
In the meanwhile also write to us at zapanjnews@gmail.com by Wednesday, June 18, 2014 to let us know you plan on joining us.
Please note that we will be booking the tickets in advance so do make sure your plans to join us are final.
We plan to charter a bus to take all our interested members to the park and back. (Members also have the option of travelling there by themselves if that is more convenient).The bus will leave from the King of Prussia Area at 8am sharp on July 20, 2014. Members are requested to assemble at 7.45am so we may leave on time. We plan to return to King of Prussia latest by 8pm.
In case we have less than 35 people rsvp’ing, then we may decide not to charter the bus and would suggest car-pooling as an option.
All children under 12 must be accompanied by parents. If you plan on appointing a chaperone, please send a note in writing and email it to the ZAPANJ board.
