Narges Nirumvala is a world-renowned leadership communication expert, international speaker and author of the public speaking and presentation skills book “Capture the Spotlight”. She works with corporate leaders, association executives, elected community officials and high-performance teams to help them find their authentic voice, craft persuasive content and communicate with confidence in any public speaking situation from boardroom presentations to conference keynotes. Her writing on the subject has been circulated to 106 countries worldwide.
Narges has an honours degree in Psychology and did her postgraduate studies in International Political Economy – both in the United Kingdom, before moving to Canada with her family.

She has appeared on numerous media channels including CityTV, Breakfast Television Vancouver, OMNI Television, SUCCESS magazine, the Province, News1130 radio, the Vancouver Courier, Business In Vancouver, the Sounding Board and many others.
Narges is a passionate community leader and philanthropist. She has served on numerous not-for-profit boards over the years. She currently sits on the Boards of the Canadian Women Voters Congress, the Conservative Party of Canada for her EDA and is Chair of the Fundraising Committee for the CKNW Orphans’ Fund. With her husband she is a member of the exclusive Vancouver Opera Young Patrons Circle and supports many other charities including the YWCA, Family Services of Greater Vancouver, Dixon Transition Society and Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland.
