I have contacted RELIANCE FOUNDATION FOR MEDICAL FINANCIAL HELP BUT THEY HAVE TOLD THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SUCH HELP BUT THEIR NAME ID 7NDER THE LIST. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT MANY OF THEM WHO HAS GIVEN THEIR PHONE NO BUT NOBODY FROM ANYWHERE PICKS UP THE PHONE AND SI BASICALLY YHESE ARE ALL EYE WASH.

My suggestion is why can’t our trust go in for common mediclaim for benefit of Senior Parsi citizens who register
It is indeed a very good suggestion to be immediately implemented. There are so many or I suppose all insurance companies do group hospitalization and accident insurance for their employees but the same expires after the employee is retired. So what happens to such retired senior citizens!!! It is truly a humanitarian service if these trusts or our Mumbai Parsi Punchayet take in hand this responsibility of covering the senior citizens’ medical and hospitalization insurance. There is quite a significant consideration for group insurance at low premiums and good benefits. The community is fast dying because majority is the old age parsis who die without undergoing hospita or medit treatment as many cannot afford the high medical costs. Health care has become unaffordable even to wealthy class, regardless of the unaffordable class.
I had suggested above, why can’t any zoroastrian Parsis trust oblige community by having group medical insurance for senior citizens. This can be a great service to the community
I sent appeal letter to all but not a single reply was received. Spent so much money on postage. Called where ever phone numbers were given. Cold response. Not worth narrating their replies.
