Do you know a Zarathushti individual or organization who deserves to be recognized for their hard work during the pandemic?
The pandemic has created many unexpected difficulties for everyone around the world. Despite the numerous struggles we have faced, some members of the community have worked harder than ever to improve the lives of those around them. The 12th World Zoroastrian Congress is producing a video highlighting the incredible initiatives taken place by Zoroastrians worldwide during the pandemic. Please share an example of an individual or a group who has made a difference.

Quodos to themton boss who has always been there to help everyone without any expectations credit goes to his wife shehnaz for being supportive to a husband who thinks first about others mentioning about his deeds it will take volumes but recently the tremendous help he n his wife have given is regarding this pandemic is really worth mentioning we can call them the real heroes of godrej baug n we r proud to have them here Ahuramazda always bless them n their family forever
Tehmtan and Shernaz Dumasia , from Godrej baug , Nepean sea road , Mumbai deserve all Kudos to not only help in Covid , but even otherwise to any person in their difficult times. Tehmtan helped many Covid patients – ferrying them to the Hospital , following up with patients families and doctors. Also taking dementia patients , snake bite patients etc all through the last 2 decades. A true Zorastrian . He needs to be recognised for his efforts
Themton Dumasia went out of his way to help so many people during these tough times. Apart from the blessings he received from them and their families, He definitely deserves to be recognized for all the help he provided taking people to the hospital, providing food and helping with providing prayers for our parsee deceased when they were taken to the crematorium to be cremated straight from the hospital.
Appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.
Thempton Dumasia took 35 patients to Parsi General free. He also took 1100 people for vaccines. Good Deeds!

Sorry I have no words to express how much Seva he has contributed towards our community. He has been a pillar of strength for all of us in Cusrow Baug and outside our colony also, during these trying times. Anybody from Cusrow Baug will vouch that. He has helped us for anything and everything during the pandemic right from groceries to vaccinations. He certainly deserves recognition.

Tehemtan Dumasia has helped all the Parsis with Covid vaccine registration, appointment and conveyance. He’s ever awilling to actively help those in need. He goes out of his way to resolve issues.
Rumy Zaria has been an extremely great support to one and all. During the pandemic crisis, he went out of the way in helping the needy by supplying food items, medical and any form of help that was required. He did not even think twice about safety for himself and his family members.
He was the only one to initiate the vaccination drive for people in suburbs also while were struggling for getting appointments. Best part was that he, along with his team members were present at the suburb centres during the drive which went for more than a two month to ensure smooth process.
He has been an extremely helpful and kind person always and we truly appreciate and bless him and all his family members.

Having the privilege of knowing Ruksheen and
the Vajifdar family personally, I can, with utmost certainty vouch for her compassion, benevolence and the drive to make a difference for the destitute and the underprivileged.
While the pandemic has seen many a hero rise from a common Indian family, Ruksheen and her team have been making a difference way before the pandemic by not just helping an individual but an entire depraved village.
Hence, I nominate and request everyone reading this to nominate Ruksheen as the Covid hero.

I know Rukhsheen Vajifdar over 8 years and has carried out remarkable tireless help to needy people living on the roads with clothing and food during this last two pandemic years. I salute her for hard work and dedication.
