Shaheen Mistri’s children ( from Akanksha ) teach the meaning of India’s national anthem
Shaheen Mistri is the Founder of Akanksa Foundation, an NGO that works to educate children from underprivileged segments.
On the occasion of India’s 68th Independence Day, they have just rolled out a film featuring children from the foundation singing the national anthem.
The children don’t just sing the anthem, but also display its meaning through visuals, to teach those who do not know the meaning of the national anthem.
According to the film, nine out of 10 Indians don’t.
In return for singing their ode to the “God of India’s destiny”, the children would like learn something from you.
Wonderful and very creative. Happy Independence Day.
