Really, really sad to see this documentary. I wonder where were our “so called” philanthropists and industrialists in the Parsee community who could have rescued this old heritage Fire Temple, not to mention, other similar ones in Mumbai and other places in India.
Shame be on those who are regarded highly in the society, but they care less for anything and everything that has to do with their own Zarathushti religion.
SAD, Who were the last panthaki’s, and the Trustees current. The whole documentary has only one Parsi name . What motivated the film makers. Nobel laureate TAGORE has mentioned PARSIS in the 2nd stanzas of NATIONAL ANTHEM. That’s what we were. All the rich R getting etc.
