  • I know that there are still a lot of people who are willing to donate to charity funds. A lot of fundraising projects are happening where the proceeds are given to selected charities, have you considered doing other fundraising activities aside from solicitations?

. We are a registered Non- profit Charity working amongst the most marginalized, the most underprivileged and the most vulnerable children and their parents who live in slums in and around our area and beyond . There are so many poor children who are unable to join school as poverty keeps them away from school. The parents of these hapless children are extremely poor. They are daily wage earners and they earn 2 to 3 $s daily which is not even sufficient to make both the ends meet. Then how could they send their children to school? These children also start working at the age of 8 or 10 years and earn a pittance like their parents. This vicious circle goes on forever. These children become the victims of child abuse, human trafficking and exploitation etc.
Our immediate concern is to send them to school. They need school books, uniforms and schools fees. The most pressing problem is that we are short of funds. There are more than a hundred children. If these poor children go to school they have a better future which YOU/ your organization can ensure.
The most revered, respected and honorable sir/madam, we know that your organization has the wherewithal and has been heavily funding various charities in the world for various projects and programmes for years. I am at a loss to understand why my humble supplication for financial support to educate those most marginalized children fall down in your scheme of things. The most humble and the true fact is that my poor children very much need your gracious financial support to live a life dignity, devoid of poverty.
We with all our heart and mind most earnestly implore you dear sir to send us, if not a continuous support, at least a onetime help to save our most vulnerable children. We very eagerly look forward to your generosity. We remain with kind regards and love.
    Yours sincerely,
