Parsis – A Youth’s Perspective

So we, that is the Zoroastrian youth of today, indeed have a legacy to live up to! And a very distinguished one at that! We rank as one of the most educated communities, and have the highest literacy rates!  And yet, what is our strength today? I’m not talking about numbers. Mahatma Gandhi himself said, “In numbers, Parsis are beneath contempt, but in contribution, beyond compare.” I’m talking about the internal strength of our community. Everyone knows that the Parsi population is about one and a half lakh globally, and yet does that make us stick together? No.
