MEIZ – E – MURAD CELEBRATION
under the Aegis of BHARUCHA BAUG ASSOCIATION
The Parsi/Irani Zoroastrian youths of the western suburbs are organizing an eventful day,

the FIRST OF ITS KIND,

to celebrate JAMSHEDI NAVROZ on Sunday 20th March, 2016.

The programme for the auspicious day to be held on the BHARUCHA BAUG grounds will be as follows:
-Setting up of the Meiz-e-Murad (Wishing table) where our community members can come and offer prayers and make their wishes for the New Year.

– Trade stalls set up by our very own PARSI/IRANI entrepreneurs selling food and other merchandise items for the visitors.

– Prayers — A sacred Jashan ceremony to be held in the evening.

-A discourse on the significance of Jamshedi Navroz by a renowned Zoroastrian scholar.

– Fun filled Entertainment programme led by Budding Parsi Stars from our various suburban
colonies.

– Contributory community meal consisting of:

(Non -Veg) — Starters — Chicken Tangdi Kabab and Chicken Russian Kabab Main Course — Chicken Angara, Mutton Pulav with masala dal, Naan Roti
(Veg) – Starters — Veg Hara Bhara Kabab and Paneer kandi Main Course — Navratan Korma, Veg Pulav with masala dal, Naan Roti
Desserts – Malai Kulfi and Gajar Halwa.
