Consultants required for High-end Residential project.


I require the following consultants for our High end Residential project. We have a plot in Gangadham area of Pune and we would like to make a high end residence project. The area of plot is 1698 sq metres. We one flat per floor.

I require the following consultants for the project:

1) RCC Consultant

2) Project Management Consultants

3) HVAC Consultants

4) Landscaping Consultant

5) Interior Designers

 

Each flat shall comprise the below:

a) Main living room with formal and informal sitting zones

b) Good dining space 6-8 persons

c) 4 bedrooms with walk in wardrobe and attached spacious toilets

d) Servant room with attached toilet

e) Store room which is a necessity for this class besides kitchen

f) Pooja room

g) Home theater with seating capacity of 5 if possible

h) Meditation + gym space + spa if possible

i) Ample terrace space ( north facing) with splash/ plunge pool as an option at the terrace ( double height one as option with no invasion into privacy.

j) Penthouse option.

k) Good kitchen with dry balcony

l) Garden with deck sitting, gazebo etc as an option at terrace space

m) Vaastu compliance

n) Adequate amenities at the ground level and at terrace level
( multi purpose hall and gym and infinity pool and garden space )

o) 3 car parks minimum

p) One access control private lift if possible

q) One stretcher lift and one common lift. The flat shall comprise the below:
