This prayer invokes the third Ameshaspenta – Shehrevar or “Khshathra Vairya”, who is reigning supreme with Ahura’s sovereign strength and rules over the metals and minerals, Shehrevar Amshaspand thus bestows unimaginable material wealth & wealth of soul, to those righteous persons, who invoke him, with pure heart & unselfish mind ! Shehrevar Amshaspand is the giver of prosperity, sustenance & power, to those ‘Brigus’ ( meek & pure) who are in need of such help, and shall remove their difficulties. Pa naame Yazdaan Ahura Mazda Khoday, avazuni gorzeh khoreh avazayad, Shehrevar Amshaspand beresaad. Az hama gunah patet pashemanum, az havarashtin, dushmata, duzukhta, duzvarashta, mempa geti manid, oem goft, oem karda, oem jast, oem bun budested azan gunah, manashni, gavashni, kunashni, tani ravani, geti mino ani, okheh avaakhsh pasheman pashe gavashni, pa patet hom! “Xkhshnothra Ahurahe Mazdao, taroidite anghre mainyush ; haithya varashtam hyat vasna farshotemem, staomi ashem.

Fravarane Mazadyasno Zarathushtish , vidaevo Ahura takesho ( pray the appropriate ‘geh’ verse here), Frasastayecha Khshathra Vairya ayokhshustahe marezdikai thrayo dhrighove, khshonothra yasnaicha vahmaich khshnothraicha frasastayecha, yatha ahu vairyo zaota, frame marute. Atha ratush ashat chit hacha fra ashav vidhvao marotu, Khshathrem vairim Ameshem Spentem yazamaide, ayokhshustem yazamaide, marezdikem thrayo dhrighum yazamaide! Setayam va zabayam, Dadar Ahura Mazda, amavand firozgar, amavandi firozgari, dad din beh Mazdayasnan, agahi ravai goafarangani baad, hafta keshvar zamin aedun baad. Brief translation : Mino (holy) Administrator and ruler over metals and minerals, carrying the sovereign Power of Ahura Mazda, merciful and helper of the meek Asho (righteous) persons, may Shehrevar Amshaspand be pleased, and come to our aid! I worship Shehrevar Amshaspand with devotion! We pray to Nuremand Khorehmand ( Bright one with blazing aura) Ahura Mazda and His Amshaspands, with fervour and devotion, and may they come to our help! We bow to you in homage. O Dadar Ahura Mazda, who created most mighty Sherevar Amshaspand, who gives benefit spiritual wealth and material wealth, metals and minerals, due to which the physical creation is administered and goes on the path destined by Almighty Dadar. He also empowers people with sharp metal instruments like the Spades and plough, weapons, etc., for agriculture and for overcoming evil foes. He bestows the righteous meek with gold and gems and wealth, as also Spiritual Wealth for development of their souls, by which people become more righteous and pious, as per the will of Dadar Ahura Mazda and the holy Amshaspands, through which people always lead a happy and kind life1 We bow and worship O Sherevar Amshaspand, bestower of spiritual bliss, kindness, physical happiness and increaser of our khoreh (spiritual body-aura), and giver of prosperity to people, areas, towns and country! May we your well-wishers, prosper, be wise, be righteous and be intelligent, with your help ‘O’ Sherevar Amshaspand.
