Adil Nargolwala runs Cape Town Marathon

Adil Shiavax Nargolwala from Delhi ran the Cape Town marathon which was held on Sunday, 24th May in South Africa. 18000 plus people ran and they came from over 100 countries.

Adil is an avid runner having run previously all the World seven Majors, Boston, New York, Chicago, Berlin, London, Tokyo and Sydney. This being the eight Major and the first in Africa makes him one of the very Indians to have run all the Majors.

Adil believes that endurance running makes one fitter not physically but also mentally. Over 10 years ago he coined a word “Runacation” and since then he and his wife travel together globally where he runs and then they both take a vacation, sight seeing, imbibing the culture, food and hospitality of that country. Running is not how long it takes you to get from the start to the finish. It is more about the adventure you have along the way, the people you meet and the experiences you share.
