A celebration of Zarathushti Heritage and Cuisine
This is being sent on behalf of Farishta Dinshaw who is preparing an e.publication “Eat, Pray and Live: A celebration of Zarathushti Heritage and Cuisine” to mark the 25th anniversary of FEZANA . If you have not submitted a recipe please do so before May 20th 2012. Presidents of member associations please circulate this to your constituents.

In December 2011, information about an e-publication, “Eat, Pray, Live: A Celebration of Zarathushti Heritage and Cuisine” to mark FEZANA’s 25th anniversary was circulated in the FEZANA Journal.
The book will feature favorite recipes from our readers and past issues of FEZANA Journal as well as contain special pages of interest and helpful cooking hints.
It is sure to become a treasured collector’s item in the years to come so if you are interested in particpating in this project please use the attached form to submit a recipe of traditional Zarathushti Persian or Parsi dishes.
