A reputed medium sized Listed Company having its office

in South Mumbai requires a Chartered Accountant with a

minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. The

candidate will work under the current CFO and will then

take over when the current incumbent retires in a year or

The candidate should be capable of independently

handling Accounts, Secretarial work, Finance & Taxation.

Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards is a must to

finalise the Accounts and liaise with the Auditors.

Company Secretary’s qualification will be an added

advantage.

Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
