  • How may I please buy a copy of this book?

  • Dinshaw K. Tamboly

Have just begun to read the book. The introduction by Firoza Punthakey Mistree & Cashmira Vatcha Bengali is in itself so very interesting that it whets the appetite to read on and on. The introduction has cleared the myth that I used to carry in my mind about the authenticity of there being a ruler called Jadi Rana of Sanjan at the time of our arrival, as history books show no record of a ruler by that name.

The introduction very lucidly explains how our forefathers transposed the name of Shillahara king Vajjad-deva to Jadi Rana.

The very first chapter on the rise of Navsari – my favorite city which I refer to as Paradise – has made my chest swell with pride.

Given present day commitments it is going to take a very long time, probably a few months or maybe even a year, to go through the entire book, but which I intend to accomplish.

I for one am looking forward to read a few pages every day.

  • This post says it is Volume II, please lete know how I can procure Volume I as well.
I am interested in purchasing both the volumes.
    Thank you
