At an age when most children are just beginning to explore the world around them, Veyraa Hansotia, a second-grade student of Orchids The International School, Hyderabad, has already taken a remarkable step into the world of literature. Her debut book, Billy & Silly – A Story of Love & Kindness, stands as a beautiful reflection of her creativity, emotional depth, and natural flair for storytelling.

From a very young age, Veyraa has shown a deep love for creating imaginative stories, playful skits, and unique characters. Her storytelling ability is not just a hobby but a genuine passion that flows effortlessly into everything she does. This passion found its perfect expression in her first published book, a heartwarming tale that highlights love, friendship, kindness, and the importance of never giving up. At its core, the story celebrates the special and unbreakable bond between a brother and sister, making it both relatable and emotionally engaging for young readers.

Beyond her literary achievement, Veyraa shines brightly in academics as well. She recently secured the 7th rank in the Maths Genius Olympiad, showcasing her analytical abilities alongside her creative strengths. This balance of intellect and imagination is rare and sets her apart as a well-rounded young achiever.

Veyraa’s interests extend far beyond books and academics. She is deeply involved in a wide range of activities including dancing, music, drawing, colouring, swimming, pottery, and playing chess. Her enthusiasm for sports is equally impressive as she has participated in several kids’ marathons and school sports events, winning multiple gold medals. Running, in particular, is something she enjoys in her free time, reflecting her energetic and determined personality.

As an artist, Veyraa expresses herself vividly through colours, stories, and creative play. She enjoys spending time with her toys, building imaginative worlds, and engaging in activities that nurture her creativity. Her cheerful and lively nature makes her someone who not only dreams big but also brings those dreams to life with enthusiasm.

Coming from a supportive and accomplished family, Veyraa is guided by strong role models. Her father, Minochar Ratan Hansotia, serves as a Nautical & Safety Superintendent at Maersk, while her mother, Avan Hansotia, apart from being a devoted homemaker, is a holistic healer, empath, and founder of Divine Crystals by Avan. Together, they provide an environment that nurtures creativity, discipline, and emotional growth.

Veyraa Hansotia represents a new generation of young achievers—children who are not only academically capable but also emotionally aware and creatively expressive.
