Zoroastrian Bank Posts Excellent Results for 2025-26

 

The Zoroastrian Co-operative Bank Limited has delivered excellent performance during
Financial Year 2025-26. Welcoming the Shareholders to the Annual General Meeting held at
Mumbai, July 30, 2026, Mr. Homa D. Petit, the Chairman of the Bank, congratulated
Shareholders on the proud moment of the Bank entering the Centenary Year. He placed on
record the heartfelt gratitude to the Founder, Shareholders, Customers, Employees and all other
Stakeholders for Bank’s successful journey of 100 years. Mr. Petit announced that Dividend @
15% has been proposed for 2025-26.
Mr. Petit informed the Shareholders that Bank’s Net Profit has increased by 51% over the
previous year. Bank’s Average Deposits, Average Advances have shown decent growth. Asset
quality of the Bank continues to be robust. Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPAs) have come
down to 0.12% (previous year 0.85%). Net Non-Performing Assets (NNPAs) continue to be Nil.
Mr. Petit added that Bank has recovered Rs.3.45 crores in previously written-off accounts
showing 100% growth in recovery over the previous year in the written-off accounts.
Mr. Petit highlighted Bank’s technological strides and competitive loan products. He mentioned
that Bank will launch various customer friendly initiatives, particularly for the younger
generation of the Customers. He underlined the fact that Bank has become truly a cosmopolitan
Organization welcoming the Customers from all sections of Society.
Mr. Daljit Dogra – MD & CEO of the Bank added that Bank is offering full bouquet of products
and services. Almost 90% of the transactions of the Bank are through Digital channels. Bank is
continuously endeavoring to enhance customer experience and will add more Digital solutions
for the convenience of the Customers. The Bank has strong Cyber Security solutions in place to
make banking safe and swift. Mr. Dogra highlighted that the Bank’s Credit underwriting
processes are strong to ensure excellent quality of assets. He highlighted that there has not been
any slippage in assets portfolio during the year 2025-26. Mr. Dogra added that Bank’s loan
portfolio is fairly balanced with the share of Retail loans being 43% and maximum exposure to
any industry / business is within 15% of total Advances portfolio. Bank will continue to focus its
attention on Retail loans particularly Housing loans, Vehicle loans and Education loans. He
stated that Bank will continue to innovate and offer products like Secured Personal Loan, Solar
Loans, Education Loan for school / undergraduate students with concessions for girl students,
customized to feed the Customers’ needs.
