Legends like Lieutenant Commander Firdaus Darabshah Mogal live forever. They become idols and inspirations to thousands of generations after them. A life lived in sincerity towards ones duties never goes wasted, but is a life lived fully. If not the Indian Government, I sincerely suggest that the offices of the BPP should make arrangements to erect a statue of this brave Parsi gentleman so that others follow the example of his act. This noble soul sacrificed his young life for others without batting an eyelid, such bravery in today’s times is hard to come. Firdaus we all LOVE YOU and One thing in this world and that is LOVE is STRONGER THAN DEATH. Not even death can separate us from Firdaus. I will repeat that Legends like Lieutenant Commander Firdaus Darabshah Mogal live forever.
This is a “Bharat Ratna”. Lt Cmdr Mongal you set an example that few of us will ever be able to parallel. You make India great.
