Gulshan began her journey in the fashion industry at the age of 18, when she started to design and stitch dresses from her own home. As years went by, she continued to develop and enhance her knowledge and skills of dressmaking and realised that this was what she wanted to pursue. At the age of 26 when she was getting married, her husband told her that he wanted to wear a traditional Parsi Pagri, which no one was making at the time. So, Gulshan decided to learn how to make one herself and fulfill his wish by making her first Pagri for her husband, which he wore on their wedding day. Soon after, she started to make Pagris, Navjote dresses, bridal sarees and gowns and took her love for fashion and turned it into a successful venture and has not  looked back since then ! What she most enjoys is building new relationships with people from different walks of life. To see Zoroastrian men and women wearing her creations on their big day gives her immense joy. This journey of over 40 years has been very fulfilling for Gulshan and which has been possible with the love and support of her family and her clients.
