A few years ago, I started noticing a recurring pattern in conversations with colleagues, clients, and friends.

Accomplished… yet disconnected.

That reflection resonated deeply with us. After spending decades in corporate roles, delivering results and leading teams, both Colleen Sequeira and I reached a point in our very different professional journeys, where success no longer felt synonymous with fulfilment. We each took steps into completely new worlds, turning what we cared about into businesses, built on passion and purpose. Those experiences became the foundation of this book.

“Entrepreneurship: Corporate to Calling” was born from real stories, real doubts, and the desire to help professionals bridge the gap between corporate success and personal calling.
