Medical Appeal for Farrokh Batliwalla : Lung Tranplant
I am reaching out to you to seek help through the Zoroastrians.net platform.
I submit this medical grant appeal on behalf of my husband, Mr. Farrokh Hoshang Batliwalla (51 years old).
Farrokh is currently battling severe Type 2 Respiratory Failure and end-stage lung disease (PPFE) following a medical complication in 2020 that reduced his lung capacity to just 15% and weakened his heart function. He has been urgently evaluated for lung-transplantation and registered with the ZTCC for a life-saving bilateral lung transplant at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital under Dr. Unmil Shah.
Our family is facing an overwhelming financial crisis. Farrokh has been unable to work since June 2026. I am working as a teacher at the Aditya Birla World Academy, supporting my family with two sons, studying in college.
While we are mobilising our private insurance, personal savings and approaching other charitable trusts / organisations, a massive financial gap remains for this critical transplant pathway.
