Thanks for this – when staying in Wilson college hostel, Chowpathy – many of us used to walk over to Tardeo circle – there was a an eatery there and we used to have freshly made “bread pudding” almost every night (after dinner at the hotel mess). The atmosphere was very friendly and occasionally we used to have baked beans. The place was clean and nice. that was more than 50 years ago, I wonder if the place is still there?
